Ah, I didn't know that. I thought it was just a name for airing cupboards.

I see it's 'preasa' for cupboard in what Google calls Scots Gaelic.

Scots Gaelic is closely related to Irish. (Both the Scottish and the Irish are "Q" Celts.)

In fact the name Scotland literally means the "land of the Irish". (Scoti = Irish.) The Scots are descended from the Irish.
