Fiat Motorhome Fuel Leak

Hi there

I have a 2019 Motorhome on a Fiat front. We have noticed a diesel leak and found the damage to the hose shown in the pictures. Could anyone tell me where I would find a replacement and how difficult is it to replace please? I’ve tracked it down the engine and under and see it goes into a joint - just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction of where to get one and how to disconnect it from the joint.

Those are called leak off pipes Duncan, and return unused diesel fuel back to the fuel tank....the fuel isn't under huge pressure. Yours are braided to resist temperature and vibration.
Motor factors should stock what you need, best take a sample with you if possible.
Regarding the connectors on your last pic, the coloured piece is slid to one side to reveal two small plastic rectangles that you squeeze with your thumbs - and the pipe can then be carefully slid away. Don't force these, just depress those rectangle bits as far as you can.

Excuse my ignorance, but will that come as a kit with the connectors between the injectors or can I just get a length of braided hose and cut to length?
Embarrassingly also - could I ask where I should be able to get it from? Is euro car parts somewhere that’s likely to sell it?

The connectors should survive - it's only the pipes that usually fail, and they are a push fit.
You can use your own braided hose so long as it is suitable for fuels, and the internal diameter is the same. As for Eurocarparts, I can't say - the smaller motor factors seem to be better and certainly have more knowledge. It's probably worth a phone call though.
Of course, a main dealer should be able to supply over the counter, or a Bosch diesel specialist if there is one nearby.

I’ll try and find a braided fuel hose then.
It’s been attacked by a mouse at the storage unit I think - so somewhere running around is a mouse with a belly full of diesel…
 
So…. Nightmare!!!! I’ve managed to change the spill pipe across the injectors no problem. However the longer pipe which runs under the engine to a bit of a bracket is the nightmare. I’ve pulled the old pipe and the fitting has snapped in the pipe. I’ve put a picture of the fitting and wonder if someone could point me in the right direction of what it is and where I could get it from. Gutted - a simple fix I thought. I’ve put a yellow arrow on the picture where the spill pipe fits into. Could anyone help please?

Hello John.
It’s the nipple that the spill pipe slid on to that’s snapped off. I can’t get a brilliant view but it looked like that angled area where the spill pipe came from with the yellow arrow was part of the bracket.. unless I’m completely mistaken.
 
All I know is that the bracket and the pipe moulding are one piece - I can’t see any problem with the area that the pipes push onto, until you get the thing out of the engine bay.
I’ve never had to replace one of these, but I imagine its a dealer only part.
Access doesn’t look too good ! :(

No, the 4 main pipes are all good. That angled spur is where I pulled the spill pipe from and still in the pipe is the nipple that’s clearly come off.. do you know what the bracket/moulding would be called just to do a quick Google and see if it’s all one piece?
