Has anyone had any experience or advice using Thermawrap for insulation:

Would this work with the flexing timbers and would it need a breathable membrane before it? Then I could somehow put a boarding in front of it to cover with Cork tiles...

For heating put an air con in that can also heat. You will get 2kW output for a consumption of around 700 watts. Cost about a grand fitted.
