What wasn’t the issue? Gangmasters or dodgy, profit driven employers in NHS hospitals? No. They dont have them in the NHS unless you count the Nigerian/Ghanain church mafia that look after their own and only their own.

EU nurses forcing wages down in the NHS
No. Fixed rates for NHS staff depending on the employment band you are in. Probably the same in, say, the finance industry but building sites - most definately, because certain EU members will work very cheaply and in poor conditions. Depends on where they come from in the EU. Surely you know that?
