Global warming new thread

now what happens when the climate gets warmer oh yeah water usage goes up .What do humans need to live food which uses vast quantities of water to grow and sustain animals and we need water to live . So yep water is a very important factor in climate change . What bit are you struggling with about a country safe guarding it possible future needs if the climate get hotter
the Brahmaputra River feeds parts of India and Bangladesh

Bangladesh has recently suffered massive problems with flooding

The major problem that the world faces is man made climate change not China controlling some areas of water

You obviously struggle with a country safe guarding its future water supply at the detriment of the other countries that currently have access to that water .
LOL So China will take actions that cause Tibetans to not have enough water?

Water also figures in climate change. Noddy introduction via a BBC page

Water Vapour is the biggest contributor to the 'natural greenhouse effect' and varies the most in the atmosphere. Cold air can hold little water and so the atmosphere over the polar regions contains very little water vapour. In contrast, air over the tropics is very humid and the atmosphere can contain up to 4% water vapour. It is this 'positive feedback' that makes water vapour important in climate change as a small increase in global temperature would lead to a rise in global water vapour levels thus further enhancing the greenhouse effect. Human activities have little impact on the level of water vapour in the atmosphere.

The water vapour adds a positive feedback to the amount due to greenhouse gasses and that increase the heating effect. More vapour can also means more rain and misty skies etc. It's a complex subject. Land for instance can get hotter so the air can contain more water vapour due to that aspect rather than it falling as rain. On the other hand it can just build up and create a lot of rain at some saturation point or due to air circulation move to an area where it will rain eg further north. The vapour is being fed from the oceans all of the time.

now where is the source of this river and what happens if that source is cut off . What then happens to the populations dependent on it .

You don't see a connection between the climate getting hotter and water resources becoming scarce?
Population growth is a very significant factor in that area. It one of the reasons investing in water by the financial side is an attractive proposition.
Africa - this doesn't change the amount of water there
Fueled by a combination of falling mortality and some of the highest birth rates in the world, Africa's total population has increased tenfold and now stands at over 1.4 billion. The United Nations projects that by 2050, Africa's population will reach close to 2.5 billion.

Start a thread about China holding back water supplies if you want. It's got nothing to do with this thread.
what water supplies have nothing to do with climate change . Really now what makes you think that.
And check you out the guy who brings all sort of tangents into most threads have you mentioned brexit or the jab yet in this one ?

It was you who posted the link, did you read it? It has nothing to do with climate change.
what future planning of water supplies has nothing to do with climate change that you keep saying is going to get worse

That's not what your article is claiming. You may have a gut feeling that China have climate change on their minds but the article mentions other reasons.
