Glow worm 30 cxi problem with Heating Always ON

All the jumper switches are on the interface board, have you changed any?, is the main pcb new, refurb or eBay?
 
It was a refurb PCB with 18 mounths warranty, but the fault is the same as when I had my original PCB in, however my original HW and pressure issue has been sorted by the replacement just the CH issue remains. All the jumpers remain the same on the interface board, this board hasn't been touched.
 
Just an update to close this thread, the problem did turn out to be a faulty 230v Controls Interface board.. Replaced it today and i have a normal working boiler again.
