Has anyone tried Firefox?

1. Go to: Tools > Options > General. Click on the 'Fonts and Colors' button. Where it says 'Minimum font size' try setting the font to 11. This should get it looking something like the font size you see in Internet Explorer.

Tried that, but it says pixels and 11 is very tiny ;-) Normal site is ok, it's just the site with the actinic software that's 'acting'-up.

2. Go to this page: http://www.extensionsmirror.nl/lofiversion/index.php/f2.html and install 'Popup ALT Attribute'. It's number 343 in the list.

Not 343 but 344. dome that and it's working fine now.

3. Is it scrolling with the mouse-wheel that you find won't work? This should be OK but with Firefox you have to left-click on the page you want to scroll first.

Thanks.

Only thing is, I have to get used to clicking on the tabs (above) when multiple windows are open and not on the taskbar (below). ;-)

Java has to be installed separately in Firefox too, so do the Shockwave and Flash players. These are used for animations etc. Sooner or later a site being visited will say it needs them for the page contents to be displayed properly.

You can find them here: https://addons.update.mozilla.org/plugins/ There's a few other things there too but you might want to wait until they are required before installing them.

I've checked some of the other extension etc. and found this 'funny' tool.. Stumbleupon. Great tool to discovers web sites you otherwise would never 'stumble' upon.
