That was an historical drama film, which is totally different to political objections, media accounts, journalistic articles, propaganda, etc.

It was an account of how the entire Israeli Olympic squad were killed by Palestinian terrorists at the Munich Olympics, which led to Golda Meir handing Mossad a list of all the people involved directly or indirectly with the authority to assassinate them.
It took ten years but They scored a full house as far as the list went.

Extrajudicial killing in other countries, is contravention of international law, and national law.
The correct way is to request the suspects are arrested and face deportation.
Extrajudicial killing is murder. State sponsored murder.
"Disappearances" and extrajudicial executions are not only acts of extreme cruelty, violating the laws of the countries where they are perpetrated; they also violate international standards on human rights.

In addition nearly as many civilians have been killed during those extrajudicial assassinations by Israel.
