How can i get my bathtub shining and clean?

Try using Paintbrush Cleaner, cloth, sponge and nylon scourer , rinse off after, but beware of the fumes .

You can get jewellers rouge it's a pink stick which is soft you spin a cloth disc and put it on then put it on the bath and work it.It gets scratches out of stainless steel so should be ok for baths.
