How to connect to clay sewage pipe

Crikey, that looks alike a bit of a mission to do anything with. Have we any pics of the inside of the property? there really isn't anything to couple to there, without removing the clay junction and replacing it, but that would entail breaking out the concrete to get to the pipe upstream of the junction.

Having said that, the junction looks like it's cracked to me, so may well need replacing regardless.

Upstream of the pipe is a buchan trap. We are thinking to dig that out and put a modern rodding point which will allow us to go into the wall further upstream (to the right in the picture) which would be much better for us, as it will give us a much better run to the new position for the toilet.
White line shows Y junction from previous picture.

Below pic shows inside and existing 110 mm pipe for toilet. That 110 mm pipe is going to be moved much further inside, half way down the left wall as shown in the photo.

Shows left wall where new 110mm will run to.
Width of room is just over 1400mm, so 1400 mm x 900 mm shower is going against the far wall and the toilet being moved inside the room.

Ok, well I'd be inclined to remove the Junction altogether, and relay from downstream of there in plastic. If nothing upstream of the WC connection, then use an access bend where it comes out the wall, before going down at 45° to turn again to run horizontally underground. waste can join via a suitable Boss Adaptor straight into the 110mm.
