Is there a white plastic switched 3 gang that will go straight on the old 4 gang back box?

Mk Double pole are always dearer and as John says no good to you, as no good for 2 way as they switch Live and Neutral.
Check your Mcb for the circuit its likely a 6amp or a 10 amp, so either a 10A or 20A switch will do
A 10Amp tends to have a slightly lighter switching action and usually cheaper than its 20Amp brother.
You say you need 2 way ones, these can also be used as 1 way if needbe,

Cheaper than what? If you mean cheaper than the 1-Way DP one on that Screwfix page, that would not be suitable for you if, as you said, you need a 2-way one.

Mk normal grid switches would fit
3 or 4 Gang both fit the twin size box
and sold in screwfix
You will need an earth at the switch though

Personally i think that click cover looks ugly

Varilight also do normal type non grid but in metal finish
