Israel (not) banned from Eurovision Song Contest (Ed.)

They might as well be banned, otherwise the whole event will just be marred by boycotts and demonstrations by annoying party poopers with a moral conscience.
 
I'd rather see them allowed, so they'd see how they're regarded when people boo and nobody votes for them.

You know, like when nobody voted for the UK.

Rather like people from all over the world have the "right to return" to a place they have never lived in.

But people who were born there, with parents and grandparents who were born and lived all their lives there, do not.

But they do, and the vast majority have never lived there. In 2012 there were between 30-50,000 who left in 1948, whilst there were 5 million descendants born outside of Israel, Palestine or Holy Land, call it what you will.
