Laminate on top of Celotex

Hi Daniel123,
Just read the thread here about you flooring over concrete. I am going through the same process now. So the questions and replies was really good for reference.
Now its time to take your advice, how did it went on over the years. You must have a result and advice now on it.
I am planing the same 40mm to spend/rise floor over concrete.
Kindly share your views.

Ben wood is a good insulator so why not use 25mm ply that leaves 15mm for flooring.
 
Afraid you started of with the misconception that the floor will be cold, with standard underlay it won’t and insulation is pointless.
