You can't dish out a violent beating - including ABH on 2 police officers and GBH on one and then cry victim. I can't see any jury convicting the police officer.

I don't condone the stamping. Whether it is excessive force in the context of the situation, I suspect it might make the grade for disciplinary, but not criminal proceedings.
