Leaking new shower door

I think it's right but you may need new seal.

Even then you may still get a weep at the hinge.
These shower screens that hinge from the wall are generally a bad design

Is the bath level across the width?
 
The flap isn't consistent along the bath as you can see. It's worse this way round than the other.

I have had to turn the flap back the other way round as it is even worse fitted the correct way. Water is literally pouring through. When you move the hinge it acts like a pump also.

Can I put silicone under the hinge even with some movement as I know it is flexible ? Even if it reduces it it will be something.

Also, why has this problem got worse as it hardly leaked when fitted and nothing has changed ?

Why oh why oh why is water coming from the area sealed to the left ?
 
It looks like there isn't enough silicone on the outside around the wall plate and the round base of the hinge ,where both sit on the bath. There is also a vertical gap where the screen goes into the wall plate , immediately above the silicone, extend the silicone upward at that point for about 1 inch.
 
The 151 silicone is transparent but very hard to squeeze out the tube. Not just that, the nozzle gets clogged with set sealant as does the inside of the tube when the nozzle is unscrewed.

It appears that the screen was fitted before the bath was siliconed..

That's one problem.

Remove screen and the back bracket.

Clean and dry

Apply silicone behind then fit screen then silicone on the outside only. Then go an buy a new seals for the screen.

Then you will only have one problem left.
 
Looks like it might be the wrong seal, may need a pre-curved seal to fit that screen properly - https://showersealuk.com/pre-curved-shower-seals, (spelling edit) either that or soak the seal in nice hot bath water first.
That and when using the screen, the screen needs pulled into the bath then back out so the seal sits on the edge of the bath with the curve inwards to deflect water into the bath.

Finally - that type of screen wall hinge/seal setup always leaks through the gap between the edge of the seal and the curved hinge, if a lot of water cascades onto that part of the bath edge when showering, it's a fundemental design issue.

Only way I've ever found to combat that problem is to add add a deflector made out of a ridge of plastic or make a ridge of silicone that meets the seal when closed. Only time I put silicone on the inside of a screen.

Are you using a caulk gun or just a tube of silicone? You mention its hard to get out of the tube.
