Low hot pressure on tap in bathroom

Looks like you need to keep looking , 2.5 Lt/ min is dire. Got to be crushed pipe ,valve ,blockage in pipe. 7.5 Lt/ min at kitchen tap ain't brilliant. Is the cold feed isolator on the boiler fully open ?
