Major disorder in Leeds

Not sure if this is true, but it's being said that the whole thing started when the children had been left at home, unattended, and a seven month old baby was dropped from a first floor window, that's why social services were called.

I heard something similar.

Note that garbage has now weighed in saying that, "a mass riot in Leeds represented the politics of the subcontinent”

He said "The politics of the subcontinent are currently playing out on the streets of Leeds. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.”

Given that the family at the centre of this were Roma/Romanians does garbage consider Europe as a 'subcontinent'?

garbage is a fascist make no mistake, and if he gets enough ignorant followers the UK is headed backwards to the germany of the 1930's!

What he is doing in inflaming the situation intentionally in order to get more ignorant racists/xenophobes behind his 'march to power' !

He's no Citizen Smith like you, is he.

I'm not actually a fan of this '70's comedy...

Unlike you, a bit before my time

But the fact that you admire garbage who is a fascist racist/xenophobe reinforces what we suspected about you!

You don’t have to be to be a fan to be likened to an unemployed socialist dreamer.
'Liken' all you like, but as always you are way off the mark...

On the other hand my observations of your posts seem to conclude that I am 99% right in my assumptions ;)

The locals tried to stop the rioters,. Police and emergency services pulled out until things were more settled so local efforts seems to have achieved something.

Child protection was mentioned and a Roma family. Roma are a specific ethnic group. Gypsie has been used to describe them but they are not happy about that but it gives you an idea of the lifestyle they have lived and I assume sone still do.

Modesty is not one of your traits, that’s for sure.

Roma/Romanians
Once someone sees that it's a garbage link. Filly pops up a couple of videos with rather obviously flawed views on what actually happened and why. One uses a Patreon account. Sadly they seem to have blocked info on earnings if not some migh be surprised on the number of people who give him £5 / month, A comedy channel so he can say I'm only joking.

Assistant Chief Constable Pat Twiggs said officers had been called to an address "after social workers reported being met with hostility when dealing with a child protection matter".
He added: "Responding officers were attacked and helped children’s social care staff withdraw to a place of safety.

A couple of cops not loads. There should be some BBC footage about.

Mr Twiggs said the decision to withdraw officers from the scene was taken "as it was evident" that police were the "sole target" of the troublemakers.
He added: "This allowed for further community mediation to take place in order to calm the situation.

Fact not fiction and the situation did calm and that involved locals.

Video - crowds watching few taking part.

There should be some BBC footage about.
There was, and one item recorded what appeared to be a young teenager being dragged out of the house, very much against his/her wishes.
If the police need to employ such strong arm tactics bordering on violence toward children, it's not surprising that others might become involved.
And No!, this is not an apology nor an excuse for the rioting that followed.
I just thought it was a really bad show of force by the police toward children.
