Stop going on holiday by plane! (green agenda, certain elements encouraging us to fly less.)
Stop watering your garden! (green agenda, certain elements encouraging us to use less water.)
Stop using your heating! (higher energy bills, advice on ways to use less heating, green agenda.)
Stop using as much electricity! (higher energy bills, advice on ways to use less electricity, green agenda.)

I don't see anything in that article that it could affect the climate, the weather, military operations etc but not the climate.
Oh must be because the scientists give it a clean bill of health.

Er I think I've just pointed out they don't. They talk about changing the weather but they don't link it in with possible ramifications of changing the climate.
