It was originally blue, then black now Audi Daytona Grey.

Had to make/ modify a trolley to get engine through the house but it's in the workshop no read for a refurb. Most of the chassis parts are salvageable and in good nick considering!. Going AN-3 coated stainless Teflon brake lines throughout (routed through cabin). I've bought a set of Yamaha R1 carbs to do a carb conversion but second guessing myself now and it may stay a 16vG60 after all. @Ian H , how's yours going?.

The owner I sold it to ended up somehow having it used in an official anniversary photoshoot at a dealership somewhere some time ago, probably when the Mk5 came out I think.

All front subframe back together just waiting for its home. In cabin stainless braided brake hoses run. Rear beam out and a LOT of welding needs doing!, a thread on it's own tbh..

New sills, front and rear floor / jacking panels ready to fit this Sunday hopefully an a lot of hand made panels to sort out. Hopefully it's not raining.. Would be boring if it was too easy..
