Neighbour's Windows looking into my bathroom

i just wonder how you know he /she is being deliberately voyeuristic
as that i would have though involved you watching them through clear glass in the dark to avoid being detected :unsure:
 
For what it is worth

Victims of a peeping tom created a vicious murder scenario when they knew the tom was peeping.
Tom called the police to tell them about the murder.
Police investigated and found no evidence of a murder.
Police asked Tom how he knew there had been a murder,
Tom admitted to being a peeping tom.
Tom got a day in court, fined and his binoculars were confiscated.

I’m concerned about my neighbour looking through my bathroom window. He’s over 80 I don’t want him having a heart attack.
