In my MIL's cul de sac they have errected a new post for a 30mph sign approx 20 meters from a 3m high 600mm thick stone wall thats been there for probably 150 yrs, I think even if you put the pedal to the metal in an F1 you would have a job to get over 15mph before you hit the wall, just another stupid idiot idea
