Notable Obituaries.

Gerard Houllier:
I'm surprised I'm the on this.
He really did seem a great lovley man.
Amazed to see that 30 year previous to joining Liverpool, he taught French at a local school. That must have been an achievement in its self. I doubt most students couldn't speak English.
He seemed to love the city, team and LFC. They seemed to have loved him.

RIP Mr Houllier

He taught in Liverpool for one year 1969-70. Alsop Comprehensive in Walton - which isn't a multi ethnic hotbed.

Seriously stick to boilers! o_O

I was referring to the scouser's grasping the English Language. I know nothing about the diversity of Liverpool. I did point out it was 30 years previous....

No wonder no one takes you seriously. you do imagine things in your head.

London definitely has changed a lot.
When i lived there years ago you would have punchups outside pubs at the weekends.
Nowadays people are getting stabbed for not handing over their mobile phones fast enough.
The violence is unrestrained and completely random.

I would point out that it's one of the benefits of diversity. But I would be in danger of sounding like a record and also Himmy would be on my back. ;)

John Edrich, England & Surrey opening batsman, grew up sitting alongside my Grandad watching him & Boycott in glorious black & white

His real name was George Behar, these people change their names more often than other people change their shirts.
