Pro-Palestine Protests

Or in Leeds.
Surely you are aware that a lot of the info about is just media chants making it sound much like Bristol were thinsg really did blow up. Fact is few were actually involved - 1/2 dozen to overturn a police car. As usual youths figure, not many of them and a lot of bystanders. It fizzled out largely due to those.

You keep citing individual acts by 'errant' Israeli's [as purported by Hamas propaganda outlets]. Which are good enough for you, but to any normal person would be unsatisfactory. Israel only ever fights defensively, as it has been doing since the hamas terror organisation launched its latest intifada. this is the dilemma that has faced Israel since 1947. The Arabs will not give an inch and insist on taking over all the territory of the West Bank plus Israel. They fight wars, they send rockets into Israel, they resort to terrorism almost every day of the year. And again and again the world condemns Israel and condones "Palestinian" aggression. Hamas's Charter states openly 'La hall li'l-qadiyya al-filastiniyya illa bi'l-jihad': 'There is no solution to the Palestinian question except through jihad' and nobody so much as blinks, screaming loudly when Israel tries to defend itself from the jihad Hamas is fighting. Israel has done much to improve the situation of the "Palestinians". It withdrew from Gaza. It helped set up the PA. It treats "Palestinians" in its own hospitals and clinics. But the "Palestinians" scorn all this and still preach jihad and the end of Israel. They sacrifice their own children and their own hopes of a better life just to create a state that would end up like Syria in a few years.

Israel's made numerous generous offers of peace, offers which the "Palestinians" have turned down every time. It is time to make it clear that if the "Palestinians" were to accept the state they were offered in '48, with some adjustments, were to adhere to the stipulations of UN Res' 242, and were to permit Israel and the world to enable them to build a small but stable and economically viable state that could be as prosperous as many other tiny states, war and terrorism would cease. But it is down to the "Palestinians" to take such steps. Israel has done more than enough yet would doubtless do a lot more once it knows there is willingness to cooperate on the other side. Alas the Arabs won't do this because in part, they have ppl like you urging on their terrorism and intransigence. It's you that ought to be ashamed of yourself, not me.. I'm all for peaceful coexistence, you on the other hand or all for endless violent Jihad.

@jacksonscraft

Than you for keeping Israels abuses of human rights in the public eye.

Drivel. You should be aware that Israel's enemies and their Western supporters, especially those on the left, make a principle out of singling Israel out. The UN Human Rights Council has long had a policy of singling Israel out for 'human rights abuses', while studiously ignoring a vast array of abuses from Iran, Saudi Arabia, Syria, China and around half of the rest of the world. That is unjust, unprincipled, and deeply harmful to all the people round the world who are abused but not protected by the UN or anybody else. Israel sends aid missions abroad. It's enemies send out squads to shoot down protesters in their streets. There is no comparison. the UN taken over by Islamist states, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, and the Arab League.

You must do better!

, Arabs can vote, have a very high standard of living, get free education, medical care and other benefits. Sorry to disappoint!
You sure about that.

If they are all equal , why is it that only Jews have the right of return.
Palestinians in Israel have only 16 seats out of 120 in the Israeli parliament, this makes them a permanent minority.
How can this be democratic.
Why is that there are large areas of land where only Jews are allowed to buy or rent land.
Why are the poorest people in Israel Palestinian.

Name one arab country where Jews enjoy the rights arabs enjoy in Israel. Just one will do.

Seems there are about 10,000
The story of the Jews in Arab lands still forms a major gap in most of the world's knowledge of the history of the Middle East and North Africa. Jewish presence in what are now Arab lands long predates Islam and the Arab conquest of the Middle East and North Africa, and goes back to Biblical times. In 1945, there were approximately 866,000 Jews living in communities throughout the Arab world. Today, there are fewer than 10,000. In many Arab states, once thriving Jewish communities have all but disappeared. According to official statistics, 856,000 Jews, persecuted and under duress, were exiled from their homes in Arab countries between 1948 and the early 1970s, leaving behind substantial property and other assets.

Interesting that 1948 gets a mention and obvious;y ~1970.

Plenty of Jews in Iran, although technically not an Arab country, those that live there are free to leave at any time.

I think most left for the same reason as Jews from America and Europe left and that was to join the new state of Israel.
After all that is why ,historically Jews don't assimilate into their host countries.

Return to Israel is central to Jewish religious belief, the early zionist leaders needed immigrants to populate the new Jewish state.

Israel's enemies and their Western supporters,

If most of the countries of the world, let by the South, not by the West, disapprove of Israel's racist apartheid and genocide, you jump to the conclusion that it must be because they have an irrational prejudice.

One day, you might be able to recognise that there could be another reason.

Maybe South Africa recognises apartheid better than you do.

Glad to see you don't want to talk about the mass graves where murdered Palestinians were thrown.

There is not a city, town or village in Israel or the occupied territories, that is not built on the rubble of the homes of displaced Palestinians.

And on their bones.

You mean when they were "offered" a fraction of their own country?
It wasn't by any means "their own country". It belonged to the defunct Ottoman Empire. Therefore it was what's known as state land. Jews bought their private lands from Arab owners, fair and square. Nobody stole it from anybody else. The Israelis wanted the "Palestinians" to take the generous state they'd been offered. The "Palestinians" refused their own state and since then have refused to accept a Jewish state. The Arabs invaded Israel again in 1967 and 1973, and other wars started by Hamas and Hizbullah have occurred. In the meantime, Israel has made several remarkably generous peace offers, all of them turned down out of hand by the "Palestinians" - opting instead for poverty, squalor and victim status, with the approval of people like you.
