PYRONIX EURO 46 polling cloud issue

It's been ongoing from day of install but he said it was down to broadband
 
So he didnt come to check the system at all? Does this person specialise in alarm systems, or does he also do window cleaning, painting and decorating, and tv aerials
 
To be honest I can't be ar$ed arguing with people just need it resolved
 
Oh dear. Will cost u about 100 quid for a digi wifi xa. Place the ariel away from the metal panel. But would definately request the installer to fit the correct modem before wasting 100 quid of my own money
 
Also, if your going to do it yourself, make sure to fully down power system before unplugging old modem and plugging new modem in.

Lol …some tool has fitted the wrong WiFi card ….how did he expect that to work inside a metal box ? I wonder what else is wrong with it
 
Question mate, will this fit the card I have in my box? I bought it a few weeks ago on ebay but not sure if it is compatible

The problem these days is when you question people on there job they don't like it lol
 
Just tell him u have spoken to a proper engineer and have been well informed lol

Or tell him u have taken guidance from pyronix who have advised the modem is wrong
