quick question - 47 by 72 ceiling joists at 300 centres 2.15m span - that ok?

@ jeds; I agree the point about the live loads, but he said he was putting the new joists between existing floor joists, so the new ceiling joists won't be carrying any live load.

I see. Read it too quick. I thought he was talking about a floor.
