quick question about outbuildings..

They are not pleasant people, they hate us as we reported them to the council for animal welfare issues. We were going to ignore the outbuildings, but they have taken to standing on the roofs to scream abuse at us when we are in our garden. It's the only way that they can see in. we'd like this to stop ideally.

If you can, get some recording CCTV cameras fitted, with audio recording. It seems with so many vehicles, caravans and etc. they must be operating a business, which without permission they just cannot do. Take it up with the council. The Streetview from (the roadside) 2009 has it looking fairly tidy, the view from overhead in 2018 shows how they have developed in in the intervening years.

They do run a business from there, they must have cleared everything out for the planning photos. South Holland council are useless, they will not enforce anything. These people had four half starved horses in their council house garden, a space about 40 feet by 40 feet, no grass no shelter and not fenced on one side. It took us weeks of emails to get the council to even admit that they had allowed the tenants (no others mind) to keep horses in the garden. We had to get our mp involved and they now say that they are looking into whether it is suitable for horses (it isn't). They only did that because the mp wrote a letter to the head of the council....

Then get your MP involved again, build up a dossier detailing what they have done, when and include the abuse and prints off Google to show how much it has changed over the years, to the detriment of those living in the area.

Going back through Googleearths historical overhead photos, it looks as if the land was previously part of the farm land at the back and was maybe sold off and fenced some time between 23/04/2004 and 17/04/2005 assuming Google's photo dates are accurate. When the back fence was added, much of the field at the rear was also partitioned with fences.

we own 3.5 acres, moved in in 2014 which was when they sneakily aquired a bit of the property we were buying. We put up the fence between us and them. They trash everything they get near. We have been threatened with death and had the police out, but the council also said that they would not hold the tenants to account, even when the police were involved. I can't tell you how truly awful South Holland are, some of the emails they have sent us would make you shriek out loud, they are useless.
