Built in 1997, pop round with a spirit level and if the left and right hand walls are plumb I would say the ridge beam is up to the job, but you should still expect the lack of building regs to have an impact on the price.

Well I don’t see how it could be factored in because they were seemingly unaware it didn’t have any regs.
The question is how much would you expect discounted??
