Simple wifi control for boiler

OK. I misread what you're trying to do. Its difficult to advise without knowing what model of boiler you have and what the existing controls are. Do you have a hot water temperature control on the hot water cylinder?
 
The boiler is a Vokera Mynute 12e.
The only temperature control i have is a myson TCV on the hot water supply to the cylinder. There is no wired temperature control on the hot water.
The only control that is wired is the actuator on the radiator isolation valve which is ocnnected to the hall thermostat.
