Hi all.
I'm reviving an old thread as I have a similar question that I can't find answered anywhere else.
My doors misalign in the same way as above, but there are two seals on my patio doors. One is grey and one is a thicker black. The black one does create a seal between the sliding door and the fixed panel, but the grey seal doesn't actually seal anything when the door is fully closed. Is it meant to? The fitter has been back and said it is just there to "wipe" the top and bottom of the door frame as it is slid open to stop dust and dirt from getting inside, but I'm not sure and haven't found the manufacturer yet to check with their technical team.
Any ideas? Photos attached
