Striking similarities between the destruction of the Warsaw Ghetto after an uprising, and the destruction of the Gaza Ghetto after an uprising. Both are plainly doomed.

The ICJ has effectively ruled Israel has to stop it's assault on Gaza until they can rule on if Israel has been breaking the Genocide convention. They haven't said Israel is, but that there's enough to investigate and that steps must be taken now.
No they haven't.
It's academic, Israel doesn't give a **** about international law.
