T8 Ballast Terminal Tool

Hi, yes thanks. I just examined the inside of the case. As far as it looks, there is a single wire going from the top of one tube to the other tube. So this wire would get cut, a piece of block terminal added and wire 21 inserted also. Would that sound about right?

GIVE THAT MAN A BANANA! Works a treat thanks for the help. Main confusion was the original ballast had one wire less than this new one.
