Yes, my wife found she is entitled to Israeli citizenship, its through her grandfather.
It doesn't mean she is classed as Jewish, it is because Israel is using the Nazi definition of 'who is a jew' in order to attract immigrants.

When my blood auntie moved to Israel fron New York she had to prove through her family roots, more so for the children to marry I believe.

However, Hitlers Nuremburg laws stated that anyone with a Jewish grandparent was considered Jewish.
Israel, i believe is offering this watered down definition of Jewishness to attract immigrants.

They'd like that. They'd get unlimited fresh water (which the Palestinians are not allowed to use) and the Gaza oil and gas fields (which the Palestinians are not allowed to develop). They could have ports and harbours, (which the Palestinisns are not allowed to have), even an airport, and fishing boats (which the Palestinians are not allowed to have). They could have schools and hospitals that do not get bombed every few years (with people inside them). They could have sewage works that do not get destroyed.
Hell, they could even have chocolate and coriander (which the Palestinians are not allowed to have)
Life could be good without all those pesky inhabitants.
