Texecom Wintex move to new PC

this sounds like a common file is missing ans that icloud uses the same as wintex and downloading icloud for windows resolves the issue.

never had this issue but its useful to know.
 
Just to add to this thread. Had to use an older windows laptop rebuilt with Win 10 and had exactly this problem.
Found this thread, loaded iCloud, didn't log on, and solved the problem.
As has been mentioned, a missing shared file somewhere I guess.
