Your right, but it will still be a 1.8m by 3m room, which as a 4th bedroom is not bad.
Could then rob a little room from the bottom left bedroom for a en-suit to the master - would be tight though & no where near soil stack.
Would still have 2 really good sized doubles and 2 reasonable kids rooms/offices.....

Builders started today and made some good progress.

More of the same tomorrow to clear site & expose the drains. Then get cracking on extending the upper gable wall to sit above the rear wall of the house.

No i wasn't allowed to play on the little digger! :cry:
(Probably not a bad thing though as it was close to next doors extension :shock: )
