So your now changing the dog issue to cost as opposed to your lack of intelligence to fill a form in . And your mates lack of intelligence to fill in residency forms . Did you both go to the same special needs school ?
SO you can stay longer than 90 days which you said you couldnt .

And a day later you still haven't answered whether the changes to passport rules have made it easier, or harder, or the same.

Well actually you said its the same, but you were wrong. That was definitely a half baked response.

How long do we need to wait before you can answer if the changes made it better or worse?
