It's not that bad but it makes me wonder.

I get a thumping in my left ear in beat with my heart ❤️ . It's sound 4 on the spectators website.

I could find a way of transferring on to this thread.

Anyone experienced this.?

That’s pulsatile tinnitus. I've had it a few times. Get your ears cleaned out. Microsuction is best. Could also be high blood pressure or……too much caffeine! Knock that coffee machine on head for a while.

Ear wax yes. But don't drink over top amount of coffee. Generally 3 or 3 cups a day. Can be 4 or 5 sometimes.

Can be caused by high blood pressure

I've been monitoring closely in recent years with blood pressure high while going through my troubles but since my recovery it's been good.

I believe the type 2 diabetes is under control but if I have something I'm not sure about is the cholesterol.

I'm fitting a boiler next week for a young Gay lad who works on ears for specsavers. I'll ask what helps advise is.

Will be coffee.
I limit mine to 1 cup per day

Drink plenty water to reduce caffeine effect.

BTW, Mexican single source bean has always been quite nice till I got the present bag. It had no taste whatsoever. Got some strong coffee bean ( Nicaraguan I think) from Lidle and mixed 1:1 with tasteless Mexican bean. Quite pleasant.

Bod, how is the starter doing

£60 at Specsavers isn’t bad. I was paying £80 a time for mine at click hearing. I tried to book for today but inline it says I must use ear drops for 5 days before the appointment to soften the wax. The first time I went, they pulled a cigarette sized plug of wax from each ear!
