Sorry, I don’t really understand what you’re asking.
 
for the valve to open for heating it is necessary that com and no are connected in fact
 
How hard can you make this, you have 2 wires one goes into nest NO and the other into nest COM either way round doesnt matter, couldnt be any simpler
