Ventilation Regs

I meant one like:

But to get one in your already small size might be an issue.
More frame than glass! :)

Ohh okay yeah a top opening (casement?) window. I'm not sure... next door will be able to see the silhouette of activities they'd rather not!

The WC is only 1.5m long by 1m wide. I'm just glad I've managed to get the BCO to agree to not having a bank of extractor fans!

Is this assumed "security risk" anticipating that a slim and agile burglar (or his child or dwarf assistant ?) might be able to get through the window, or perhaps the risk that an assassin might lob a bomb through?

What does this BCO turned security expert advise about the risk that a burglar may be carrying a roll of brown paper, a jar of honey and a hammer?

 That seems to be the case! Once I'd explained I was going for purge ventilation (because let's face it, it's only a toilet in one room and a washer/dryer in the other) he was just focused on security.

I'm unsure if there's a section in the regs that define an 'unsafe' and a 'safe' window based on the width of the average burglar!
