Videx 6272 Intercom not working right

Thank you it did give something on the manual but it was not very clear to the non skilled. Your post is very clear.

Hi,

I’ve got the same problem, the bell doesn’t make a noise when someone uses the outer intercom.

From reading through the thread I can see that the top switches (1-8) are set in the correct position (1&2 on and I’m flat 3) but does the bottom ones (1-4) have to be set the same?
