To be fair I have done okay from the support number I used the other week, but it was installers only.

I don't install these day to day, so don't know them well enough, however it was clear that the something was wrong with the options that suggested it may be a foreign panel these things do happen, but it was more to do with an option being off turning off other options.

Manuals in the alarm industry aren't the best, but then again you need to know where to look.

@sapphal you need to find out why you didn't touch base with them over the issue they raised with you for so long, to be fair most suppliers would refer to the manufacturer as they aren't installing day in day out, if he manufacturer isn't quick to get back to you then your stuck.
