Water ingress, possible penetrating damp?

Hi there. In your roof photo Is it me or is there a small triangular hole on the third tile up gable from gutter , if so ,that probably would cause ,from water coming in , the wet damp mouldy looking patch at the foot of the rafter in photo 0599 where it meets the hardboard membrane , which also looks stained in that patch All depends if that’s a hole though

I didn't spot that possible hole, so I'll take a look. Fortunately it's low down that I'll be able to get a close look from a ladder.

The wet patch reappeared last night. It has been very cold the last few days but with no rain or snow, so I think that pretty much confirms that the root of the problem is condensation. I'll try and insulate the cold spot.
