What are you drinking tonight?

Spoons were doing Ruddles for 99p a pint earlier in the year. Don't know if that's still the case.

I saw that and felt compelled to take them up on it, though 99p was probably all it was worth. I would normally go for the Doom Bar at £2.69 which is usually well kept or Thatchers Gold for £2.89 in warmer months. Their spirits are good value. To fortify myself for the cycle home I had a double brandy for £4 at the end of my visit last week. Kept the cold out.

A 'Gary Barlow' mish mash blend of Spanish wines that my sister in law gave me with my pizza tonight. Just so-so.

Chardonnay tonight with our Friday fish stir-fry. Not one of Mrs Motties favourites so I had to help her out to finish the bottle. ;)

The wine was bought for a recipe she's making, I had a wee taste of the glass she put on the meat, I think the rest will be good for putting on chips.
The beer is quite tasty for an alcohol free beer and, it's a wheat beer.

A Malbec last night with the last of our Turkey which I made into a nice curry.

Beaujolais with some cheese that my daughter got me. Valencay was one of them. My favourite.
Far too much cheese before bedtime. Acid reflux, indigestion, bad dreams. Been up practically all night. Never again!

Edit: Just remembered, I had a plate of cheese over the Sister in Law's earlier too. Idiot.

I can recommend counting sheep, I know someone with a couple of thousand of them.

I love cheese and very rarely have bad dreams.

Tonight, Matthew, I will be drinking Peroni 0%.
