I can't read what you've posted, Nut, because your quoted text doesn't show. Though it is touching that you continually seek my attention and approval I will, alas, be leaving you on my ignore list for the time being. Have a nice weekend.
Can you not discuss a serious subject
I don't believe in any surveys about happiness
Have you ever actually looked at what the "happiness survey" uses as its metrics?
Or considered that the authors and researchers actually put a bit more thought into it, than "what side of the bed did you get out of this morning?"................
I have and it is utter piffle.
Happiness isn't even a normal mental state. Anybody who is walking around "happy" most of the time isn't normal. What most people mean by happiness is contentment.
Then the other considerations like... one country has half of its population on happy pills, drugs and alcohol - are you going to compare this to another country where it is not so?
And those thar are in more northern areas rather than near the equator.
It is garbage. Doesn't tell us anything useful.
Much more useful to consider: crime rates (safety), wealth per capita, longevity, rates of vice, levels of trust.

Didn’t take me long to realise the Conservatives has lost the economy in 2020Didn’t take me long to realise Labour had lost control the economy in 2005
It is meaningless dross.
Reference on here to increasing the population, seems a bit odd telling people how many kids they should have. Smacks of the latest alt right propaganda.
A significant percentage of those 750,000 that came last year were foreign students going to university. The third way is to plug the gap with massive numbers of culturally unsuitable, low skill, low IQ, low wage foreigners who will, naturally, result in the balkanisation of society and all other sorts of problems
Rather well when middle class gets a mention. Even better if the upper class gets a mention. Here's Starmer defining working class
growing a pair and taking responsibility?
Funny, but the actual statistics don't agree with your feeling.Didn’t take me long to realise Labour had lost control the economy in 2005
Statistically, the Conservatives have presided over a far slower growth in earnings than Labour, on average. Median gross annual earnings grew by an average of £638 in the six Labour years from 2005-2010 (inclusive). Then, under the Conservatives, they grew by an average of just £389 per year between 2011-2016.
But the worst year since the nineties was in 2010, when median gross earnings rose by just 0.3 per cent. This was a crossover year, when the the government switched from Labour to Conservative.
