It's not that, but I now have the code, but even though in Engineer mode still won't connect. Seems to think it's in modem mode, not generating the 6 digit code?

If both solid blue try going into eng press 7 yes scroll to reset digi press yes now try to connect
Have you followed the smart com connection guide ? Smartcom on com1 ( 4 wire connector ) ip com is on com2

Yes, I have done that previously. The current panel messages are Com 2 fault, and when trying to connect the Connect app it said modem in connection please wait and then Ack failed? Also said was connecting by Arc 1?
