It is really a very simple question that you have never answered directly.

Do you think any criminal, or suspected criminal, should be brought to to court, or is it ok for justice to be implemented in the street ?

Depends

If some one is threatening or endangering some ones life ? And said police are armed ect

In such cases instant justice ?
That is the difference between legal authority to protect and self defence, or killing without good reason as Bod is trying to defend, or argue for .

You asked a question I answered

As for that plod bloke with the knee on the neck
He is obviously guilty of some thing but imo not
Murder

So you agree the Policeman killed him, its just terminology that you disagree with

The 2 animals who killed lee rigby...
Should've been executed there and then.
Same for the other animal who killed jo cox.
And everyone else who kills/attacks people and there's no mistake about what they've done (i.e. done in public)

If armed police had been there and acted like that, I'd not argue.

But the other side of the argument is that you then make them a martyr to their cause.

Lock them up for ever and removing their freedom is probably a better deterrent.

Maybe if we had prisons where they would be chained to a wall in a 2mx2m room without window and never let out, even for 1 minute, I'd agree.
But with the current system they're probably being allowed to brainwash young inmates with their extremist ideas.
I'd live with them being martyrs.

I prefer a system and lifestyle where we are civilised and don't sink to levels of others.

In the heat of the moment I can understand wanting instant justice, killing etc. But I like our system (with all of its faults) and much prefer criminals locked up. I want more prisons and more prison spaces, but that costs money too. We struggle with that bit.
