News sources say that a team of 80 plod is being assembled to pursue criminal prosecutions against senior post office staff and possibly Fujitsu. But the work wont start until after the inquiry completes in 2025. It's great that they are being considered for prosecution, but they have been effectively given 12 months+ notice to burn and shred everything.
Apart from the 750k + documents that they've had to disclose to the inquiry (plus any disclosed in any previous cases against SPMs, of which there have been hundreds)
