Apart from the 750k + documents that they've had to disclose to the inquiry (plus any disclosed in any previous cases against SPMs, of which there have been hundreds)
 
If it were me, I would get a solicitor and hand myself in. Get a discount for a guilty plea, rather than have 2 years waiting. Might be able to get a cooperation discount too.
