Physician Associate, has anybody heard of these or been treated by one?

Only the very best and the Cowboys will be charging that.

I can earn that sort of money on the odd occasion when maybe a boiler job has gone to plan with no problems. But it's not often.


I worked for a retired Doctor last week in Everton. Lovely couple with a nice very big house. His brand new Range Rover on the drive next to her Mini Cooper S convertible.

I think they shared the Aston Martin Vantage in the garage for summer drives.

I got out of hospital in about an hours time 23 December 2022. Pneumonia

I was back in 12 January with Liver failure after being prescribed a drug for my Pneumonia that nearly killed me.

I've never thought about the price of that.

Are you talking about the ones that gave me the wrong drug or the ones that got me through the Jaundice?

I've had some cracking doctors and nurses who deserve Aston Martins . But I've had some incredibly rubbish doctors and nurses who quite frankly don't deserve a pay rise.

We are very lucky to have a health service, all be it is run very badly.

Without our doctors and nurses we would be in trouble. Without decent plumbers we would be Afghanistan. Remember prevention is better than cure and we all (nearly all) are very (I repeat) very important to this country.

÷ that by how many years earning good money I should Imagine they will cope.

Still alot of money and they deserve to earn well.

Responsibility is often overlooked in career ans job discussion.

If you have to lay off 100's of people because you are a director, that **** is serious.
Same for med care. **** it up and someone suffers or dies?

Some jobs are difficult not because of what they demand, but because of the responsibility.
