So they've no right to apply to any country signed up to 19 51 convention and remain there until their assessment is assessed
Given there free to come and go once they've applied for asylum till that assessment has be made, that's open door in my book given how many are returned to their country of origin and the ease to 'disappear' into the underworld that operates in this country.

You mean that because the asylum system in UK is not fit for purpose, all asylum seekers, sucessful or not are allowed to stay?
