RCBO terminal doesn’t align with others

I have a handful of RCBOs in a range of sizes from 6A to 45A which I’m fitting into a consumer. The terminals on all but one (the 45A) line up exactly with each other and the main breaker but the other is around 5mm out of line.

Is this normal and how would this be overcome?

All breakers and the enclosure are Chint, and all type B if that makes a difference.
 
In the old days some boards were designed to put large current fuses next to the main switch, I assume to stop overloading the Bus Bar, maybe Chint do similar with there Rcbos/Mcbs

All the others line up with the 6A. It does look like they’re from different ranges. The image on the screwfix site for the 45A looks like the 6A one too so maybe screwfix were trying to lose old stock...

All the Chint ones are stated as 3-phase but none of the others (on Screwfix, as far as I have looked).

Does that mean they all just have longer leads?
They clearly are not 3-phase breakers.
 
there is very little call for distribution board parts on the cheap DIY market that Screwfix mostly caters for.

I wouldn't expect a trade professional working on commercial or industrial installations to buy such cheap rubbish.

I think more likely their buyer has made a mistake and they have stocked the wrong part.

Or maybe they have changed to a new version. In which case they need to say so and flush out all the old stock, not sell mixed old and new.
 
Depends on the manufacturer, but devices for 3 phase boards often have subtle differences in their design, which may include the busbar connection being in a slightly different place to prevent the wrong device being installed.

Some manufacturers devices can be installed in both 3 phase boards or consumer units, but that doesn't apply to all of them, and even when that is possible, it's things for 3 phase boards can be installed into consumer units, and not the other way round.

These Wylex items are both B32 MCBs, but the left one is a PSB32-B designed for 3 phase boards, the right one is NHXB32 for consumer units.
Consumer unit version has a large slot on the sides where the busbar connects, the 3 phase version does not.

On the chint site they state that the breakers are suitable for single and three phase boards.

The breaker has a model no. on it that is current on the site too so looks like it’s simply an old part.

Hopefully I can change it as a bought it back in August...
 
what does that yellow warning label say

connection forbidden must be in the right ?
