The problem With Corbyn is that he is an idealist and probably believes everything he says.
Honesty and integrity don't seem to part of the job description for a politician these days.

My take is that whilst some member states member states might be members of NATO, The UN in itself isn't, so the invasion and mass bombing of Yugoslavia violating UN resolutions is possibly fair, but that still leaves the question of International Law, which has been violated.

And you ***t's have the ******g audacity to question Israels morality in defending not only itself but the western world against Hamas.

I almost hope Hamas win just to see some of you to55ers live with the outcome.
 
The Yugoslavian forces had killed 2,000 combatants and 10,000 civilians, plus ethnic cleansing 850,000 people.

Israel is far better at war crimes than Yugoslavia was. Less discriminating and far more people affected in every way.

It's a shame NATO isn't in the mold to intervene this time.

Threaten the western world. In a Moslem sense the only ones that really do that is the various IS type lots who are now alive and well in various countries but not so much in the areas under discussion. Mind you it might be worth checking the current situation in the emirates.

In what way do they threaten? Take us over. Grow up. Terrorism yes as Russia found recently. Just why would HAMAS decide terrorism in the west would be a good idea? What they are after is a better but similar deal to the one made with the PLO. The why on that is obvious. Israel, the state who manage to carry their population largely with them. All do national service. Why - to fight Arabs. The attitude is rather ingrained.

Ukraine reckon they are protecting Europe. So Russia could apart from them just move in or start more wars. Really? Biden doesn't think Ukraine will finish up in NATO. The EU make noises but nothing definite. I wonder why. Corruption gets a mention.

Iran. Now just what could it do when it knows that there would be retaliation?

N Korea. Similar and not that favoured by Russia as they are boat rockers. Nobody is really doing anything what so ever about what they are up to. The only thing that figures is embargoes. This doesn't appear to have much effect on the rulers of all the countries concerned. There is a hope that it will via the populations. It doesn't happen.

Some are in with the west. The others even some who are in with the west also form other relationships with those that are out. Self interest and their economies figure.

Propaganda. Best keep it nice and simple however these relationships actually exist. The west n real terms can do nothing about them.

Worst threat if nasty weapons for terrorism Japan. It has it's nutcases as well. Chuck in the video Vinty posted and this is going on as well. What looks like a trade war US against China. Well Oz tried that and China retaliated. Friends again. The west is not as powerful as it was and many countries in it have serious problems.

Grow up?, you're focussing on the smaller terror groups but forgetting Iran, Iran certainly has aims to topple Saudi as the de facto Controller in the Middle East. National service in Israel? fight arabs?, Ingrained?, it's an existential struggle fighting for the right to exist, of course the Israelis are both proud and willing to serve their country, and simply, carry on existing without the arabs driving them into the sea.

It recently fired over 300 rockets/drones/ballistics directly into Israel, Hezbollah are sitting on a stockpile of rockets supplied by Iran, potentially 150,000 rockets.
If Hezbollah launched a full scale assault, nobody (except Israel) would retaliate against Iran because it was Hezbollah wot done it.

If Trumps sanctions against Iran hadn't been lifted by Biden, Iran wouldn't have had the funds to finance the Hamas and Hezbollah incursions.

You're describing the Palestinians, who have been deprived of their land and their sovereignty, and have ever-less control over ever-less area.
 
The orthodox can now be called up. The battalions with the worst records are made up of orthodox volunteers.

Lebanon. There is a general view that if a ceasefire in Gaza is achieved they will stop what they are doing. Currently they are posturing concerning the results turning into an actual ground war. What they may be able to do.This may not be the same as what they can actually do. Compared with Israel they are an inferior force.

Iran actually used a scud.They have nothing better than that? The launches had a fantastic result didn't it. Of course they weren't aware that this would happen. Then allow a small political tit for tat. Iran itself has all sort of current problems including financial ones. There has been attempts to bring them back into the fold largely to help prevent nukes from appearing. The deals have folder which in turn means more chance of nukes. As a power against Israel in real terms they are not much at all and they know that. Why would a country want nukes - to try and make others leave them alone. Using them has all sorts of problems. Israel has them.

Gaza and concerns. What happens if the oil states get upset as they have done before?
